After our crazy summer and then being in FL, FH and I finally went back to zumba after being out for 6 weeks. I am so excited to get back into it again. Although I did realize we spend over 400 dollars a year for zumba each, ugh!!!!!! And thats if we only go once a week.

I took zumba at my gym and hated it. For the past 2 years FH and I been going to the same guy and he amazing he uses a lot of new music also. It seems like the instructor makes a huge difference.

We're in the same boat! I have a treadmill, kinect, wii, 2 work out dvds, an ab roller and weights and its been months since I used any of it. Used to have a gym membership and it was a waste of $$ since I never went so I never renewed my membership. Fortunately I dont have to wake up as early as you BUT im terrible at getting myself out of bed in the morn. After work theres errands, cleaning and/ or cooking to do. Or there are days I just wana sit on my couch and be lazy after wrkn all day! But like you, I dont want to look the way I currently do either so Im hoping my motivation kicks in really soon. I dont want to be struggling last min to try to loose weight.

Re: Zumba
and i used to do weight watchers and i know it works and i know how to do it...but i've been so lazy about tracking points and i want to eat healthy but when i come home at night it's so easy to just eat whats in my house which is generally crap because i'm living at home with my family...

I am in the same boat as well... and I actually work in a gym, so I have literally zero excuses!! I really want to lose weight and get healthy for the next chapter of my life but am still lacking motivation to actually get started. WW is great and I did very well on it a while back, but the points tracking does get annoying after a while, at least for me anyway.

for a while when you get the hang of weight watchers you know what to eat and what not to eat...but for me it was one mistake after another, followed by holidays and crappy schedules and it was all downhill...LAZINESS...pure laziness is what i feel is keeping me from getting healthy...
