Zumba LIW GTG - updated with date

UPDATE : Dance Dynamics in Mineola
Friday, January 15th at 7:30pm
165 East Jericho Turnpike
Mineola, NY 11501-2031

First class is FREE.

If you can't do your instructors class, I go to zumba with Nikki. She's amazing! She does classes pretty much everyday of the week but Fridays are pretty empty which is good if we're going to do a GTG. It's Friday's at 7:30 and frist class is free. ussually $10 a class.

Zumba is best work out ever created!!! lol It's a mix of latin and hip hop, but it's actually an intense workout and you burn up to 1000 calories an hour. I'm addicted. I do it twice a week. I'd do it more if I had the money haha.

i totally wish i could go but i don't leave work until around 6:15pm ....

Maybe i'll try to work out a deal with my boss or something to leave early once a week

i've been DYING to try zumba!

I would love to try it too!!! I dont get out of work until 6 though so Im not sure if I could make it to the 630 class, but I would really like to go.

Oh , I am soo in!! i need to get rd of my fat a$$, lol!! I get off work at 5:30pm in the city so I don't reach home until 6:30 ish and I live in Valley Stream. So I would love to do the Farmingdale one!! But it's too early. Friday at 7pm works for me..

There's a Tuesday at 8pm, Wednesday at 7:30, and Friday at 7:30pm if anyone is interested and can't do Jenn's classes.

Tuesday and Friday in Mineola at dance dynamics and Wednesday is in hicksville at big al's family fitness behind century 21. The wednesday one doesn't offer free first class so it's $14. The tuesday and Friday offer free first class.
There's on in syossett on Mondays but it's at 6:30 and I don't know if people can make that one because it's so early. Friday's good because it's empty ussually.

I could any of those days. It sounds like a good deal too. Can you just start any day or are their sessions?
