FLOATING LANTERNS

Has anyone done the whole floating lantern thing? pictures I have seen look beautiful! I am just a little curious how you would organize 100+ people to go outside, light the lanterns and set them off....especially when there is an open bar??

Thanks for advice!! Jenna
