Hey ladies. Old married lady here.
I know that for some of us 09ers were really into the 30 day shred as they were getting ready for the wedding. I never was into it but decided to try it out now and actually found the whole thing online. Not sure how safe the website is because all the writing might be in Korean or something, but the video itself is in English.
