My 9-10-05 Wedding!!!

Time for reviewing!
First of all I would like to thank Ron and Liz for this amazing site and all the help it gave me. Secondly thank you to all the lovely ladies on this site that have helped me through it all!
Dresses: A
Mine was Mori Lee bought at Estelle's. When it came in it was almost perfect in size. The price couldn't be beat the only issue was storing and getting a seamstress.
The girls also bought theirs at Estelle's but I do not know the designer. They got theirs to fit and no alterations were needed.
Seamstress: A
I love Gabby! She works out of her home didn't overcharge and did what I asked. Not to mention she is so cute! There was a small problem the day I was to pick it up, but mostly because I don't have a cell phone and we kept missing each other to change the pickup time.
Hair: B
I used my regular hairdresser and I love her. She figured out how to do a specific kind of braid around my head from a picture and my fuzzy memory. But... She trimmed the down half of my hair only because we forgot to trim first and it looked bad. Now it looks worse.

Nails: A+
Vogue nail salon in Huntington. They gave me tips and a 'permanent' French manicure with them that looks amazing. I was shocked. I also got a pedicure and what seemed like most of my face waxed and everything was perfect. They were buzzing around me to make sure it was perfect because it was my big day too!

This was a surprise. The best man hired us a photographer (friend of his) for our wedding gift! We were just going to use the cousins. I didn't get the proofs yet but he seemed to take the kind of pics I wanted. And he was so nice!

This was a friend of ours. And I know he went out of his way to get certain things the results are out till we see it all!

Limo: A+
Royalty Limo (LIW vendor) Ricky drove
I did this all on the phone. The limo itself surprised me because of it. It was beautiful well stocked clean amazing. Ricky was very nice with a great sense of humor. And at the church he was on top of everything. He kept checking on me (delay so I was stuck in the limo) and he knew to give the bouteniere and corsage to my grandma and grandpa and I don't remember telling him too! He also delt with the rude guests who were delaying us by changing in the parking lot.
Church A-
My Pastor is really long winded so he made us later than we were but he is still great. All went well! But all of our friends thought we were playing thumb wars because of how I was holding his hand at one point and we looked down and grinned.

Huntington Townhouse A+
Presidential Suite
Steve is a pain but I put him in his place right of the bat and he gave me to John!

John is great to work with (BM) and had very good suggestions when we needed them. Our wedding was small 60 people so things like seating were extra hard. Our cocktail hour was amazing! We participated in it, they set us up our own table and everything. I need to check names but our Maitre D was lacking in appearances, but did everything so well. Our Bridal Asst. (Trish I think) was absolutely wonderful. Always there, extremely helpful and very nice. And it was her first day on the job!!

The tables were exactly the way they were supposed to be and they had us inspect them first. The cake was stunning. The food got amazing compliments. And the fountains are the best. I should have upped the pastries for desert but that was my fault.
After Hours DJ A+
I used Phil and he was amazing. I called him at 11pm the night before with last minute changes and he was there and remembered them! The songs were exactly what I wanted. And even though he had to be behind the booth he kept everyone dancing. Highly recomended.

All in all we had a great time! I broke my bustle on 'Jump Around' But it was at the last hour so I just picked it up and kept right on dancing. But suggestion don't jump wildly in a wedding gown!
