My 9.18.04 Wedding Review

Of course I need to thank all of Liwedding because they kept me sane…

Bayport Florist A+++++++++
I can’t say how happy I was with them. After a long extensive search I never found “the” color scheme I wanted to boqs are centerpieces. So I described what I wanted…… not sure how it would look. Well they were amazing……… I remember looking at them and saying that’s it. It killed me that I had to go on my HM and not enjoy my centerpieces.

Rocco’s Clothing in Center Moriches B
Good prices and selection however more than half the groomsman and the groom needed alterations when they picked them up.

Michelle from Remember When Dance Studios A++++++++++
She was amazing we probably took a dozen dance lessons. She was patient and working with a very stubborn couple. She gave all kinds of tips to have a perfect first dance. (We however screwed up by not bringing the cd with us). She even gave us her cell number just in case we needed an emergency lesson just prior to the wedding

RK BRIDAL Bridal gown and bridesmaid dress bride’s alteration A
Very affordable and easy to work with, definitely go on a weekday. If you want to be catered to and feel like you’re getting personal service may it’s not for you. I wanted a great dress and a great price and I got both.

DJ Dynamic Beat MC Billy A
This was an easy… Billy was Joe’s friend growing up and he had done other events. I he could get the dead to dance so sure enough when my dance floor was empty he immediately got them going.

Videographer Videotek grade prior to final product B
I have yet to see the video thae only reason that he didn’t get an A was that he had a lot of “poised” shot …… and he interviewed my guests which we were not excited about.

Hamptons Chamber Orchestra A+ quartet for ceremony and cocktail hour
I’m sure if this is their official name but the were great. I wanted to hear a specific piece at cocktail hour and they learned it. And made a point of playing it when I was near.

Mary Brunetti and the rest of the staff at the salon A+
Of course my hair looked amazing but what was also important to me was that they were great people I was so relaxed in the early morning hours of my big day. The absolute best was that my mom got caught in the rain and they re blew out her hair no charge.

Ron Westcott Makeup A+
He made my mom, MOH and I look amazing and it lasted throughout the day

Baaron’s A+
Picking a veil was easy, inexpensive and fast

Sandy’s shoes A+
They have a huge selection….. What made them outstanding was that after beating my shoes during dance lesson practices they cleaned them and replaced the rhinestones that had fallen out

Bath and Tennis Club A
Many people had warned my that it was a little run down but I must say that several of my guest stayed their including my husband and I and the rooms were excellent

Dune Road Hamptons House A+
I would highly recommend this to any Atlantica brides… my mom rented a four bedroom house from Thursday to Sunday. It made my weekend as my guest came out for the weekend there was somewhere to hang out. Here is where I spent the quality time with my family and friends.

I can’t say enough about them……. They were sooooo accommodating with everything. The handled the hurricane rain excellently….. We intended to get married in the sand and b/c of the forecast the set up in the tent. Well 15 minutes before the ceremony tit was rain on the dance floor………….. so they set up in the reception hall. All very smoothly. Everyone raved about the food and the bar

Verdi A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
My other vendor that I cannot say enough about. First of all Rich and Mindy are such great people. I never felt uncomfortable while they took pictures 75% of the time I didn’t realize they were there. Even when they poised us it was never 1,2 3 cheese. They are somewhat expensive but they captured my whole day on film. Because of their pics I know that people had fun. They got shots of everything including the rain which will always make my wedding day so special. I’m looking forward to them taking other family portraits.

While not a vendor I must publicly thank God for providing us with each other and with the most amazing day of our lives. I had such an amazing peace and happiness that day and he deserves all the credit!
