My Wedding Vendor Review

CHURCH- CHRIST THE KING COMMACK- A+ - Everything was so beautiful they were so wonderful to us.

RECEPTION- HISTORICAL THATCHED COTTAGE – A+ Words cannot describe how wonderful this place was. The Service was amazing! The food was out of this world. We got screwed by our limo company (M&V LIMO, see review below) and had to arrive at our hall 1.5 hours early than we were allowed and Thatch Cottage was very accommodating. I have been receiving numerous calls from everyone that this was the best food & service ever received at a wedding.

MUSIC – ERICH GLAUBITZ BAND – A+ Wow, was this band amazing! We had 8 pieces and from the 1.5 hour cocktail hour we had through the whole reception they did not stop playing once. Everyone was up and dancing the whole time. They learned a few songs for us such as one for the mother/son and it was awesome! I’ve been getting calls from guest that Erich and his band were absolutely fantastic!!

MAKEUP - Khouloud's Beauty –A+ Casey did a great job! So nice and personable!

HAIR COSMO NY – A+ Roseanna did a very nice job! Very nice and personable

VIDEO- FUSION DL –Manny the owner is very nice and his secretary. Somebody else did the video at our wedding. Will post review when we receive video.

PHOTOGRAPHY – A+ MICHAEL O’NEIL – Very personable, knowledgeable. We just received our proofs the other day and are very happy.

FLORIST – LA BLOSSOM – A+ Laurie did an amazing job!! All of the flowers came out beautiful!

M&V LIMO IN COMMACK – We’ll save the worse for last!! Somehow our booking information was changed in the system and we lost 1 hour after the church to take photos. They just dumped us off to the Thatch Cottage and told us that they were just following managements schedule and had another pick up right after us. When we spoke to Tom at management after our honeymoon he said the driver said that it was offered to us for more money to have the limo longer. THIS CONVERSATION NEVER TOOK PLACE! Why would the limo driver offer this to us if he said he had another pick up. Then to top it off picking us up on the way back from the honeymoon at JFK one of their other cars broke down and they asked us if we would go to the other side of JFK in the storm at 12am to pick up another one of their customers. It look us an extra ½ an hour sitting in the rain to do this and spoke to Tom the manager the next day and he said he would refund us $30 (Big Deal) for that trip. IT’S BEEN 2 WEEKS… and I still haven’t seen a penny of that. PLEASE The people that work there are very nice but the management seems to be a bunch of LIARS!!!!! Blaming things on their employees, data entry, sale and drivers.
