6 am - Makeup and Coordinator arrive 7 am - photographer arrives, takes getting ready pics 9 am - go to hall 9-10 - take Bridal portraits 10-11 - Groom to take portraits 11:30 - Ceremony 12-1 Cocktail hour 1 - 5 reception
That was the BASIC idea. it got all sorts of messed up, but that was the way it was supposed to go.
