Re: A. Stan Wiest Music

You are my most favorite bride in the world. You have been a delight to work with and your wedding was nothing less than spectacular and extremely elegant. It was a total pleasure working with you. Your wedding is what brides should strive for.

You were extremely detailed and precise in the final selections of the music we both worked on for the string ensemble for the ceremony (the special music I orchestrated for the string ensemble for you) to the strolling violin and myself on the grand piano for the cocktail hour to the wide variety of music my personal band performed for your reception. I had the opportunity to personally speak with many of your guests while playing piano at the cocktail hour- enabling me to find out the music your guests liked.

Everything was totally customized to your wishes. The seven page questionnaire I use gave you the opportunity to make your wedding an extension of your personality.

You had a packed dance floor and wonderful guests. Your guests were constantly making song requests-which shows they were totally comfortable with me.

You and I have developed a relationship to the point that I never considered you a client - I always thought of you as a good friend that I wanted to provide the best possible wedding for.

From our first meeting at my office through the wedding reception - a magical bond developed with you, your husband and family.

You and I had many discussions about topics other than the music and we spent many hours on the phone and email together. It was a pleasure helping you plan the various aspects of your wedding.

Your wedding is what makes being in this field so special and exciting for me - working with someone you respect and can relate to - finding out who they are- and ultimately providing a story book wedding for the most important day in the life of a bride.

I hope we stay in touch as friends. Please give your husband my best wishes. He looked so happy (as well as all your family and friends) on your wedding day. Everyone in my band said to say hello to you and your husband.

If you get a chance take a look at NEW YORK MAGAZINE this month March 2004 the Special Wedding Issue - I was interviewed for the issue.
Yours truly,
STAN WIEST

Re: A. Stan Wiest Music

That's awesome that you were interviewed for that magazine! I will def. check that out. How is your daughter doing? Everything going well with her art?
We had such a great time at the wedding, I was having a great time dancing...and the funny thing is I don't normally dance..anywhere! You and your band were certainly a delight! I loved you guys so much that I nominated you for vendor of the year on this board!
I can't thank you for the working with the string ensemble, I know that I requested a song that is not normally used for walking down the isle at a wedding, I just love the piece so much and it made it so very special for me that you guys were able to work that out..I love listening while watching our video. I know I had the giggles that day, but watching the video from me walking down the isle, to Darren and I walking back up it, bring tears to my eyes. I couldn't have picked a better day, a better venue, a better florist and I certainly couldn't have wished or prayed for anyone as great as you. The help you gave me while planning from Florida was indispensable...even when we were hours and hours late for our first appointment because our plane was late and then we got a flat tire on the southern state, you were as gracious as ever.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU...we can't thank you enough!

Take a look at

I built this website for my daughter as a Christmas present- displaying her art works. She had a show at the Amsterdam Whitney Gallery in Chelsea.
