What are some of the most expensive flowers to use for weddings? What are some of the cheapest? Just trying to get some ideas! :) Thank you!

Most flowers come in very expensive and less expensive varieties--callas, roses and orchids come in both affordable and astronomically priced varieties. What I suggest (and what I would say to you if you were my client) is that you figure out what you would like (or I can suggest some options and show you alternatives in photos of our work) and work backwards from there.
