Affordable Photo and Video needed

I'm looking for photographers and videographers available on Columbus Day this year (Monday-10/10) who can travel upstate. We're working with an extremely limited budget and are considering hiring for the service and raw footage only.

Can you FM:
-package details
-raw footage only
-travel fees if they apply
