Antique Gown Preservation

Hi,

I was hoping someone might be able to let me know where I can go on LI to get my mom's wedding dress restored? And perhaps the going rate to have it done?
It is pretty discolored from being folded in a box for 40 yrs but it would mean a lot to both of us if I could wear it for my Oct 09 wedding.
