Attention Vendors

Hi Vendors, I recently go engaged and we haven't booked or set a date.
Do you all have a time of year where it is cheaper to book?

Every vendor handles this differently.

My fees do not usually change much depending upon the time of year of the event. Last minute bookings (depending upon availability) and repeat clients (hopefully not for more than one wedding) may present the opportunity for discounted rates.

Regards,

Michael

Hi,

The slow months are usually January, Februaury and March. You can get some amazing deals at catering halls. As far as vendors, it depends on whom you book with and their policies.
I usually give discounts to referrals, repeat clients and if you are having a winter wedding.

Best of luck,

Hi and congratulations on your engagement. Our high season is July and August, plus holiday weekends. You can save up to 50% by choosing your dates carefully. I would recommend June and September as the best value.

Hi,

The winter months of Jan. some parts of Feb. and March..........I think I would say Jan. and March is where you would benefit in savings.

That time of year is a bit slow for some vendors and you might get some good deals. But recently many brides have decided to get married during these months making it very busy for us.
By having a winter wedding during those months, you have a better chance of booking
where you want, who you want and the day you want and getting some extras added.

Happy planning!

Marie
