B-pics, quotes please

Hi, I'm getting married 9/18/10. I wanted to do b-pics and have poked around on some of your websites.

What would be the cost for a basic shoot (including makeup and hair) and a disc of the images )I don't need a book made)?

And what is your scheduling like, what dates do you have available?
