Does anyone have one bag piper for outside my church?

Dear Future Bride,
Please let me know the specific church and location as well as the time. The piper (Irish or Scottish -in full attire) plays for 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and up to 30 minutes after the ceremony. I need to know where the church is located
