Bakers...Can this be done?
Hi,
I have what I believe to be an unique idea for my wedding cake. Yes, I know it's pretty early, but I am looking to see if this can be done and if so, do you have an estimated cost?
I'm looking for a 3 tier Rainbow (tri-color) cookie cake. It would need to feed about 180 guests. The outside would be the regular chocolate that is usually used on these cookies with 2 ends of each layer open to show the color bands. If possible, the layers would be staggered. I'm not looking for any fancy designs/decorations on the cake only the cake.
I have a very rough sketch of what I am asking if anyone wants me to send it.
Please let me know if you think this can be done and what it may cost?
