Bridal Gown

I've found a gown i'm in love with...just not the pricetag.

I'm looking for a bridal gown - fitted - mermaid like, strapless.

Can you recommend a vendor or independent that can get me a bridal gown without the 3300 price tag?

Any suggestions???
I love the tessa style gown from bellisima.
