The Watermill does a great buffet. I thought that the buffet they had at a wedding I went to there was excellent, and there were so many selections. I would definitly call them up, and check it out, because everyone I know that has had a wedding there has always been very happy. The main website is www.scottobrothers.com. Buffet Wedding
Most cateringl halls will offer either sit-down
or full buffet. We have photographed weddings for 15 years of both types (and others too). We find a buffet dinner less time stressed and more flexible in many ways. As a photographer, the buffet dinner gives you many food choices instead of one dinner choice. I love buffets--both food-wise and strategically as a wedding photographer because of the freedom and flexibility it gives you....I've also eaten at most of the buffets in Las Vegas as well as most of the Chinese Buffets on Long Island....Enjoy !!!!

You can have a buffet style wedding at most catering locations if you ask for it. The beauty of a buffet is that the wedding music-dancing does not have to stop for the serving of each course.Many times the guests are enjoying themselves and have to stop for the next course being served.With a buffet people eat when they want and what they want. If done properly it makes for a great wedding reception .
