Bus/Shuttle Help!

My wedding is Friday, Sept 7,2007

Looking for a quote to shuttle around 30-40 guests from the hotel (Hyatt) in Hauppauge to the reception hall Bourne Mansion in Oakdale, NY and a return trip

Hotel - Reception Departure time= 6:00PM, must be at the Bourne by 6:30PM...is this possible during rush hour on a Friday??

Reception - Hotel Departure time=12:00pm or 1:00am..haven't decided on the 6th hour.
