Calligrapher - time frame

Calligrapher - time frame

My wedding is in August, when should I book a Calligrapher, what are the cost difference between computer printed and hand-written? Regarding Table Card Seatings: When is the absolute latest they can be brought in? What about last minute 'yes' responses, etc.
