Callling all Florists....

i am working with a budget of $1800 for flowers. i will need 1 brides bouquet, 5 bm bouquets, 10 gm bout, 2 mothers corsages, 2 flower girl baskets (or maybe the flower pom-poms, i don't know what it's called). is this a realistic budget? if not how much should i be looking to increase it by? what type of flowers would i be able to get with this budget. are calla lillies possible ? my wedding isn't until 2004 when should i start?
