Carter Bus / Limo Bus

I am having many OOT guest. Wedding is Sep 4, 2011 (labor day weekend) Looking to have a pick up at hotel in Rockville Centre, brought to church in Baldwin. Then to recpetion in Muttontown and then back to RVC hotel at the end of reception.
Is that unreasonable or going to be expensive?
Looking for 45 pass bus or limo bus ???

Help! This is my biggest stress.
