Are there any caterers out there who cater outdoor weddings at a reasonable price? I just asked my current caterer if we could switch our wedding from having it at the hall to outside and the price increased by $12/head. This seems a bit crazy to me.
I am looking to have a wedding catered in June/July. Any ideas/suggestions? How much does it usually cost for a buffet style outdoor caterer?

I'm not sure about the price, but check out Lovin Oven Caterers and Deliciously Different in West Islip. Also, if you call Stan at Stan Wiest Entertainment, he could direct you to caterers that specialize in off site catering--his number is (631) 754-0594, he also can provide great entertainment too!

Not the usual venue but their food is great, and you can stop in and try them for yourself. They have donated trays to my anual Church Fund raiser and everyone raves about their riggatoni ala vodka, and the stuffed mushrooms in particular.
