Catering, Tent, Table & Chair Rental Questions

1. Anyone know a company that would help with the serving of food (servers) and bar tending?
2. I would like a bartender with experience. Would a company provide a bar and what is the price range on it?
3. What is the price range on chairs?
4. Tent rental is about how much.
5. Recommendations on caterers.
6. Table rentals approximately how much?
Thank you.

If you contact me at my office (631) 754-0594 Monday.
I can give you specific names of people to contact for all the needs you listed. I will be gone the entire weekend playing weddings with my band. Call me at my office after 10 AM on Monday November 4. Mention the post from liweddings .I start client meetings at 11 AM. I will be with clients all day Monday but I will be monitoring phone messages in between client meetings. I never answer the phone when I am meeting with a client. You will get the answering machine during a meeting but I will call you right back.

Thanks so much Stan. I was hoping someone would have some feedback for me. I appreciate it.
Wanda.

Dear Wanda,
I just came in from playing a wedding with my band and saw your post reply. If you call me on Monday around 10 AM I can give you several people to contact-this way you can do a comparison. If you call later on Monday (I start with clients at 11 AM) leave a phone number on my answering machine where I can get back to you. Each of the people I will give you are very reputable -I have worked with them many times in the past. You can definitely mention my name. Speak to you on Monday. Have a great weekend.

Dear Wanda,
It was a pleasure speaking with you today. Let me know how it worked out with the people I recommended to you. You should contact them and make appointments as soon as possible. Keep in mind the suggestions I made regarding the electrical needs and separating the electrical lines used. It will save you a lot of grief at the reception. Let me know if you need any additional help.
