Ceremony & CH music?

I posted a while ago about this but never acted on it.

FH and I are still undecided about this. We are having our ceremony at St. Pauls Cathedral in Hempstead. There is an organist there and I am a little disappointed because I LOVE LOVE LOVE Canon in D and that is what I want for when I walk down the aisle but it just doesnt sound the same with just the organ.
I am not 100% sure on the church's policy on outside music and FH thinks it may not be worth the money b/c I wont even be able to hear most of it but I cant seem to let the idea go.

I am looking for some prices on what it would cost for a string trio or quartet for the 1:00 ceremony which last about 1 hour (no more than that) and maybe a little bit before hand while guests are arriving.
We have a 5:30-7 cocktail hour that we need some music for as well.

I would really appreciate prices and any info necessary and please let me know if we would have to pay for the time break in between,

I'm hoping if I can get a good enough deal than FH will go for it.
