ceremony decoration?

We are getting married at our hall(Russo's on the Bay in Howard Beach) and I just found out that they only set up chairs for the ceremony and all decoration other than that I must provide if I want it. They said that usually the florist will do this but I am not having flowers where I am using a florist for anything else in the wedding.
SO...
Any florists or other vendors who would do just (indoor) ceremony decoration?

(Also if it helps our wedding is a Thursday night which might make my small request easier to schedule?)
