Cherry Valley Country Club

Can anyone tell me about weddings at the Cherry Valley Country Club in Garden City? Has anyone worked as vendor for this place? What are their weddings like?

Dear Christine & Rob,

I live around the corner, & I've performed with my band, The Times Square Orchestra, at The Cherry Valley Country Club many many times, and each party was an outstanding success. Mark, the food and beverage manager, and Tom, the general manager, do a great job in pacing the party (order taking, courses, etc.) They really know what they're doing and also care very much about the reception. The setting & surrounding golf course (which I 'jog' & walk my dog around) is absolutely beautiful! They are also great when it comes to the band/vendors as well. Overall I'd give The Cherry Valley Club a 10. A very special place.

Thank you. My parents really want me to use the club since they spend so much time there but I wasn't sure how they would be for a wedding. I've eaten there for years for their holiday dinners and they were excellent. I'm also lwant to look at the Nassau County Art Museum so I'm feeling rather confused right now. It makes me feel better to know they throw an excellent reception.

I also give a great review for the club. I have played there many times for weddings and club functions. Tom the manager is a delight to work with. The setting with the golf course is beautiful. The staff is easy to work with and the service is fine. The band is right next to the dance floor and there is an excellent audience/guest contact with the band.
