Chocolate Place Card Holders

Hello,
I saw this idea on here last night and fell in LOVE with it. Such a unique and great idea. Can anyone help me? I am looking for a price quote on candy bar placeholders. I am also looking for a price quote on just the candy bar placeholder labels. I want to see if I should make the chocolate myself or buy it from the store and get labels or buy it as a set!
