Curly hair specialist/makeup

Hi - I have very curly hair and I would like my hair to be blown out and then with large waves/curls in it - half up half down. I would love to also have my makeup done by the same person as I think I am the only person who will be getting my hair/makeup done at my apartment.

I live in Queens and will be getting married on Friday, 10/23. I would like you to come to my apartment.

Can anyone help me?
