Day of Coordinator

Hello Everyone!

I am looking for a day of coordinator. I was wondering if you could give me price quotes for a full day and half day.
I would like to know
1. Day of responsibilities
2. vendors you would work with
3. how long you have been in business
4. If you have worked with my reception venue before

Ceremony: Most Holy Trinity, East Hampton (2:30)
Reception: The Vineyard, Aquebogue (5:30)

Dear Vanessa,
Please check your forum email.

Options are as much or as little as you need and I am very flexible.
1. I like to work with you for two months before so I can run all interference for you on the wedding day.
2. I also want to have a working relationship with all your vendors not just meet them on your wedding day. I am a total detail person and want to familiarize myself with potential problem people and situations before they can occur.
3. I always have an assistant so we can literally be in two places at once .....Helping photographers and maitre d' at the same time etc.
4. We can meet 2 months before have coffee and go over things and then let our fingers do the walking for everything else......e-mail, texting etc.
5. I will be the one to get forgotten responses answered so your count will be accurate.
6. Help getting presents I will do it for you if you need.
7. Anything and I do mean anything you need the answer is when and of course.
