Day Of Coordinator Quote
I'm looking for quotes for a Day of Coordinator. My wedding is being held at 21 Main in Sayville on 9/3/06 at 11:30am. Ceremony and reception are at the same place. I really just want someone that can make sure all my tables, ceremony area etc... is set up correctly before the wedding and to make sure guests sign my signature mat, take photos for Polaroid guest book. Possible MC duties at beginning of reception. This is a smaller brunch wedding so it won't be too much for one person to handle.
FYI-I forgot to add I live out of state so I will not be able to meet in person with anyone before the wedding. Probably just the Friday before. I'm also not having a wedding party so rehearsal would be fairly informal at a BBQ we're having the day before the wedding.
