Day-of Coordinator quotes

Hi! I'm getting married in Brooklyn on 10/30/04, ceremony and reception in the same place. Our hall is huge, our reception has a Venetian masked-ball theme, and I'm planning from California! It's recently occurred to me that it might be a good idea to have someone help keep track of all the details on that day.
