We are looking for something different when it comes to a videographer. We don't want the interviews with the guest... or the bright lights shining in our faces. What we are looking for is a type of silent movie.
I know this sounds strange, but we are looking for something out of the ordinary. It should be in black and white... and if at all possible, have frames with writting on them (just like the old Marx brother films).
If anyone could help out... that would be great.

Re: Different type of videography...
Just to keep in mind.... it sounds like you'd love the effect of a Super 8 camera- the same kind that made many a home movie in the 60's. In the hands of a filmmaker and a good editor, your wedding 'video' could double as a work of art! If you've found a videographer to do the filming, perhaps they could rent the equipment if they don't have it themselves. The Super 8 film can then be transcribed to video for easier viewing. Best of luck!

Re: Different type of videography...
With today's editing technology, we can do wonders! We are the shooters and we are the editors, we have 'state of the art' editing systems.....all digital!
If you wanted your wedding video to be all black & white, 8mml...........done! Title captions....done! All in editing! That is one of the main reasons the shooter should be the editor!
You would be very suprised as to what we can create! But .....you also have to be a great shooter to be able to capture this footage while keeping in mind the way it is to be edited.
Editing is one of the most important factors in your wedding video. That's why we are able to customize your wedding video....just the way you want.
See you soon SN00k4!
