DJ and ceremony music quote request

I'd like two quotes please.

One for 1 dj for 5 hours, no lights, plasmas or any extras.

I'd like another quote for 1 dj for 5 hours for reception and live music (cello, violin, viola or cello and guitar, or anything similar) for the ceremony, can you also add how much extra it would be for the ceremony and 1.5 cocktail hour?

This is for a winter wedding, so if you have off season prices please include that.
