DJ for East Wind in 2006

Nothing expensive please...I am on a tight budget.
I am having my reception at the Country Gardens in East Wind. If you are familiar w/ the place you will know it is small. I am very concerned about volume level. I am looking for a DJ who has a fantastic song selection, volume control (and that includes if the guest comes up and complains, it WILL be lowered), willing to play requests, and of course is reasonable in price. If this is you...please respond. Not looking for too many extras, East Wind does not permit smoke/fog machines or bubbles anyway. Of course, must be insured.
