DJ Quote please!

We are getting married November 11th, 2012 and looking to see prices on DJs

We will need:
6 hours [5hour party & VH]
2 man team - DJ/MC
1 tv screen
led lighting around the room that changes colors
and maybe some giveaways [like blow up microphones/guitars/sunglasses/ etc!
