Do you use this forum to communicate with your clients?

Or, if not, what is your preferred method of communication with clients that have already booked you?

Good Morning!

Yes, many times the bride or groom will alert me to a FM they have sent by looking for me here. I will never post on this forum looking for a client. I have their personal emails or I will use FM.

But my clients can call me anytime or email me at any one of my addresses.

Hello!

As with Wild Rose, I'm always just a phone call or email away for my couples. This board seems to me to be primarily about getting perspcetive from a few different professional angles. It's also a good place to get a peek at some of the vendors ideas and personality before you book.

I use FM & email in a majority of my business. The phone does ring also, but I would say the majority of clients that have already booked me, find it more convenient to send an email or FM-- especially if they're sneaking me a line from work!!

I am happy to answer an inquiry- no matter what method of communication a bride chooses. The bottom line is that I'm here, and I will try to be as accessible and helpful as possible whether you are a returning customer or a potential customer.

Like most of the vendors above I use all methods - e-mail, Forum Mail and telephone - whatever the bride prefers.

I do check this site often so if someone wants to FM me they can and I am always happy to answer any questions that a Bride may have.
