DOC -- Limited Services Needed

Hello,
I am looking for information on possibly having a DOC for my April 21, 2007 wedding. I really just need someone to set up the church -- I'm having pew bows, programs, unity candle, etc. And to also set up my cocktail hour centerpieces (just votive candles) and to ensure that the ballroom is set perfectly. I do not need the DOC to attend the rehearsal -- I truly just need someone for the 'day of.' Please let me know if any vendors provide such a limited service.
