DOC quotes

Hi -

I am planning a May 7, 2011 wedding and looking for a DOC. I pretty much can handle everything up until the wedding, I am just worried mostly about how everything is set up at the venue (The Riviera, Massapequa). If the venue were closer to where I live I wouldn't have a problem going there the morning of and setting things up but the venue is 45 mins away from the church. I am basically looking for someone who can be at the venue before our arrival and help in the setting up process so everything is to our vision.
