Dress Customization
I was wondering if there is anyone out there that can make significant changes to a wedding gown. I have found a dress I love, but would like the bodice to be remade in velvet and with long sleeves. There is some beading and embroidery on the bodice, but it is done on top of netting so it could be removed and reattached to the new bodice.
