Edible Favors - Alfajores and Rainbow Cookies - photo attached

Hello.

My fiance and I are thinking about doing edible favors for our wedding. I am Ecuadorian and he is Italian. Our favorite cookies/pastries are very traditional to our backgrounds. We are hoping to use those types of cookies as favors before looking into other types of edible favors. Is there any vendor that makes 'Alfajores'? It is a traditional South American cookie. It sort of mirrors a macaroon. It has a very rich dulce de leche filling in between two crumbly cookies, then smothered in powered sugar (usually).
