Event Organizers - A La Carte

I'm getting extremely frustrated wedding planning, engaged for nearly 5 months now and getting no where. I work 60 to 80 hours a week, often under stress, and am stressed out finding time to hunt for particulars.

I've heard some event organizers offer partial help - as in not the full A to but more a la carte.

Do any event organizers or planners offer a la carte services in finding a venue and if necessary, separate caterer?

If so, if you could please send me a contact or quote, as well as a comparison to overall service prices.
