Favors

We're trying to decide on favors. There are 3 that we really like and I was wondering if anyone carried them and could give me a quote. They are the 5 piece espresso set (stand with 2 cups and 2 saucers), the cake server with the marble handle, and the Mikasa votive holder - 'Peppermint'.

I'd appreciate any info at all. Thanks in advance!
