Feather Centerpieces

Anyone have any idea where or how I could go about trying to get something like this for my wedding, would a florist do it?

Re: Feather Centerpieces

I wasnt sure if florists worked with feathers, and if so how expensive are they compared to flowers? Also it seems to be lights in the bases, is that something florists can do too? Honestly how much do you think this would cost me per centerpiece? I do plan on calling vendors soon and will call as well but I havent had much time lately thanks for the info.
