Flat Rate Venue Rental for 400+ people

I'm going to have a lot of guests, and unfortunately I can't afford to pay per plate for catering unless it was 25$ pp which is unrealistic.
I was just wondering if any venues on here offer a flat rate 5 hour rental and we'd bring our own food and liquor. If it is at all possible please contact me, rental for Sept. 7th 2013.

I think my friend had something similar at the Sterling in Bethpage. Maybe check them out?

I actually found a decent priced caterer, they have packages under $25 as well as a great $26+tax+gratuity buffet option with cocktailhour and dessert
