Floral Quote

Looking for quotes on flower arrangements. I will be getting married Sept 05 at the Riviera in Massapequa. We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony.
I have not yet begun looking into florists and was wondering what my budget should be.

Looking for low simple centerpieces for my tables.
A bouqet for the bride
Bouqet for matron of honor
Bouqet for 1 bridesmaid and 2 jr bridesmaids.
Corsage or something appropriate for Mother of Bride and Mother of Groom.
Boutineer for Groom, best man, Groom's father, 1 usher and 1 ring bearer.
My brothers and their wives will be presenting the wedding rings at our ceremony and I would like to give them flowers to wear that are different from the wedding party.

Also, how far in advance should I book my florist?

And since it is an outdoor ceremony in Sept, I wouldn't mind artificial flowers to keep the bees away! Huge fear of insects!
