Florist Estimate

I would like to get an estimate from a florist for the following. Please provide an estimate for each item if possible.

Here are my needed items:
-1 bridal bouquet 2 dozen calla lillies all white
-1 throw bouquet
-1 MOH bouquet: 18 red roses
-4 BM bouquets: 1 dozen red roses
-Groom bout: calla lillies in white
-Best Man bout
-4 Ushers bouts
-Flowergirl: flowers to place in the basket. The basket will be provided by me
-2 dad bouts
-2 mother corsages or bouts haven't decided yet
-1 grandmother corsage
-1 grandfather bout
-1 god mother corsage or bout and 1 god father bout
-20 high centerpieces with 2 dozen roses (or 2 doz. calla lilies) minimal babies breathe in each. Can replace the babies breathe with something else that is in season in March
-possibly 2 church arrangements depends if my wedding falls around Lent
-petals for tossing at the end of the reception
-petals for the place card table
-flowers for the cake: red roses and petals around the cake
-table arrangement for the dais table consisting of red roses and white calla lilies
-10 pew bows made out of satin ribbon tied to the pew with a satin loop-does this make sense? I would also like to have toule connecting each pew bow.
