Florist Quote

I am looking for a qoute for the following:

-Probably 15-25 centerpieces -tulips, white, have my own vases, they are about 8 inches tall

1 bride bo-k - roses, no more than 1 dozen
1 MOH bo-k-roses
2 BM bo-k-roses
8 boutineers -roses

2 coursages
3 small bo-k with about 2 roses each

red rose petals for tables.

I would also like votive candles, if you want to include them, but will probably buy them myself if you are willing to set them up.

Please let me know if there is a set up fee.
