Florist quote

Due to my parents being in a serious car accident, I need to stay with them and I am unable to go check out florist. As my wedding date nears I'm nervous that I would not get someone in time. Is it possible to get a quote via e-mail. Here are some of the specifics:
22-27 tables; high center pieces Glass, 2-3 dozen roses ( I think)
1 bride/groom table piece
2 MOH bo-k's
2 BM bo-k's
4 GM bouts
2 Mom's
2 Dad's
3 Granny's
4 Grandpa's
1 throw-away
and my Bo-k
