Florist Quote Needed

My needs:
I have a MOH and a BM.
Two Grandma's that'll need corsages.
Groom, I'll need 3 boutonnieres (I know florists normally do two)
2 Ring Bearers, matching Groom
3 Father's (one is also the Best Man)
2-3 Groomsmen
My girls are wearing the color Plum, it's a dark Purple.
I have attached two bouquets I liked.

My dress is very fussy so I think I would just like white roses.

For the Ceremony, I would like a round canopy with up lighting and candles down the Isle. ***We are getting married in the Ballroom***

I like High Centerpieces. Very tight looking.
I want deep purples offset with a mix of all shades of purple and maybe even some greens, pinks, blues and cream.

I would also do a table of candles. Different cylinder heights with floating candles.

Figure 9 tables of each.
